enterprise and operated under its own board of directors appointer
by the Community Council. The Lone Butte Industrial Park is by
far the most successful of the three parks located within the
Gila River Indian Community. Their success in attracting businesses
to locate there is well known throughout Indian Country. Located
north and east of the Maricopa Road and I-10 interchange, their
prime location offers both freight to be shipped by both truck
and rail services.

- San Tan Industrial Park is located on State Highway
87, south of Chandler Arizona, offers many opportunities for businesses
to locate there. It is served by rail and is easily accessible
to Interstate 10 and the greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. With

- Blackwater Industrial Park is located at the far eastern
end of the Community. It is two miles north of State Highway 87
and north of the City of Coolidge. Its close proximity to state
highways that connects it to both Interstate 10 and 8, this development
offers over 260 acres for relocating your business there. It is
adjacent to the Union Pacific main line to the Phoenix metropolitan
area.

- Wild Horse Pass Business Park is a 400-acre business
