
Applications shall be made in the form of a written proposal. The application format and cover sheet can be downloaded from the Grant Application link at the left. The Community’s Office of Special Funding will receive the applications and review them to determine if they meet the intent of these Guidelines and procedures. Applications will then be considered by an appointed State Shared Revenue Review Team, where a recommendation will be made on whether or not to forward the application to the Gila River Community Council. The Community Council will have final authority for approval of applications.
The Community will consider applications 2 to 3 times a year following the second quarter of each fiscal year (October 1 – September 30). Applications will be accepted and processed on an ongoing basis.
